Personalization Content
This section matters because many of our products carry deeply personal content — a chosen family member’s name, a dedication to someone who has passed, a photograph.
To make your item, the content you submit must be transmitted to the production partner and the specific manufacturing facility that produces it. There is no way to produce a personalized product without doing this. That content may be stored by those partners for a limited period as part of their order and quality records.
We ask you to consider this before uploading anything you would not want handled by a third-party manufacturer. If you have questions about how a particular item is produced before you order, email support@unsaidmemories.com and we’ll tell you.
The only personalized content that we will disclose or post to this website will be done via a separate, explicit request where permission is granted.
Where Your Information Goes
We share your information only as needed to run our marketplace:
• Production and fulfillment partners — who receive your shipping details and personalization content in order to make and ship your order

International handling. Our production partners work with manufacturing facilities and corporate affiliates in multiple countries. Your order and personalization information may therefore be processed outside the United States. We require our partners to protect it under contractual terms.
